No. Everything runs in the browser. The email field is only for people who want the result read back by a person.
How accurate are the numbers?
As accurate as what you put in. The usual error is a task time that leaves out the chasing and checking.
Can I use the results without hiring anyone?
Yes, that is the intent. Each result names the next action, and several say do nothing.
