What we have built

Most of it is open. The site you are reading is one of the builds.

In practice: open one of the tools and judge the work in a minute.
Talk to an expert How we work

In short

This site is our own build and it is the fastest thing to judge us on. It carries nineteen tools you can run, a chat assistant that answers from these pages, and a lead pipeline that sends the whole visit over the moment somebody writes in. Alongside it we have built and run a subscription research product end to end, incorporated and operated a Delaware public benefit corporation, and run C-suite operations for a San Francisco AI company working with global pharma. The team is engineers, writers, filers, analysts and media buyers across three continents, with one point of contact.

Work it out in a minute

Where is your business losing value? →

Nine questions across revenue, capacity and control. Shows which of the three is costing you most, and where to start.

What we have built and run

The site you are on

Written, built and run by the same people who would build yours. Static pages, no framework, dark mode, and an accessibility pass on every page shape. It loads on a phone on a slow connection.

Nineteen tools that do real work

Calculators, scorecards and assessments that answer one question each and give you a number you can act on. Open any of them and see how far the thinking goes before anybody asks who you are.

The assistant in the corner

It reads these pages and answers from them, asks two or three questions, and hands over cleanly when a person should take it. The same build goes on client sites.

A lead pipeline that reports the visit

When somebody writes in, the message arrives with the pages they read, how long they spent on each, where they came from and which visit this is. Every one also becomes a row in a tracker.

A subscription product, end to end

Ordering, payment, the research workflow behind it and delivery on a deadline. Built, launched and operated, which is a different exercise from building a site and handing it over.

A public benefit corporation

Cofounded in Delaware. Our founder ran the entity work, the IRS filings and the platform himself, so the paperwork side of standing a company up is first-hand rather than referred out.

C-suite operations at an AI company

San Francisco, global pharma clients, patents, model benchmarking, compliance filings and a distributed team over two hundred. That is the day job the rest of this is built on.

Ten years, eight industries

SaaS, American healthcare, an EV coalition program in New York, and regulated technical work that had to keep running. Six Sigma on the process side, Anthropic certified on the Model Context Protocol.

Clients and partners

Nine of them are named on the home page, across banking, logistics, energy, property, sport and technology. The systems built for them stay inside their businesses, so the open examples are the ones on this site.

How to judge this without a reference call

The clients and partners strip on the home page is the short answer, and it is nine real names. The longer answer is that you can open the work itself. Run one of the tools, read one of the guides end to end, ask the assistant something specific. Twenty minutes of that tells you more about how we think than a logo does, because a logo is a name and this is the work.

What runs here is the same shape as what we build for clients. The assistant, the lead pipeline, the tracker rows, the search work that put these pages in front of you: each one exists on this domain because we needed it, and each one is a build we put on client sites. The site is the sample.

Client systems stay inside client businesses, so the specific builds are not public. On a call we walk through the ones closest to your situation, with the decisions and the parts that were harder than expected. That conversation is more use to you than a case study written to look tidy.

Behind the founder sit engineers, writers, filers, analysts and media buyers across San Francisco, New York, Colorado, Maryland, Canada and Dubai. You get one point of contact. Work runs from a single project to a program across operations, technology and communications, and every engagement starts with one problem and ends on a date we name.

Questions we get

Can we see client work?

Nine clients and partners are named on the home page. The systems built for them live inside their businesses, so those are not open pages we can send you. What is open is this site, and it is a full example of the same work.

On a call we go through the builds closest to what you are asking for, including what we would do differently now. Bring the problem and we will show you the nearest thing we have done.

Who actually does the work?

Shaheer Shaikh leads every engagement and stays the point of contact through it. Ten years across eight industries, Six Sigma on the process side, Anthropic certified on the Model Context Protocol.

Behind him sit engineers, writers, filers, analysts and media buyers across three continents. You deal with one person and the bench comes with him.

What size of company do you usually work with?

Most often companies roughly between one and fifty million in revenue, where the work has outgrown spreadsheets and a full hire is more than the job needs.

Smaller and larger both happen. The thing that matters more than size is whether there is one specific problem to start on.

Where are you based, and do you work outside the United States?

The team sits across San Francisco, New York, Colorado, Maryland, Canada and Dubai, and the work is remote by default.

Most clients are in North America. We also work with companies in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Toronto and Sydney, and there is a page on this site for each of those places.

How quickly can you start?

Usually within a week for the first piece of work, because the first piece is almost always a look at what you already have rather than a build.

Bigger programs take longer to shape and start in stages. The first stage still begins quickly, and it is the one that tells us both whether the rest is right.

What happens on a first call?

Twenty minutes. You describe what is not working, we ask questions, and you leave knowing what is causing it and where we would start.

You keep that either way. If the answer is that you do not need us for it, that is what you will hear.

More in the guides and every answer in one place.
