Pipeline, answered

The questions businesses ask about lead generation, answered the way we answer them on a call.

See the engagement Talk it through

Most lost deals were never lost to a competitor. They were lost to nobody following up on day three. Fix the follow up before buying more traffic, because every extra visitor walks into the same gap.

Work it out in a minute

What is one inquiry worth? →

Four numbers. Shows whether more inquiries or better conversion is the cheaper thing to fund next.

A desk calendar and a phone, somebody working out which day to call back

Questions we get

What businesses ask when the pipeline is thin, and where the actual leak usually is.

Why are our leads not turning into sales?

In most cases it is not a lead quality problem, it is a speed and follow-up problem. Inquiries sit for a day or two, good fits and poor fits get identical attention, and follow-up stops after the second attempt.

Cold email or LinkedIn outreach?

Whichever your buyers read, which is usually determined by seniority and industry rather than by preference. Email still works for operational and finance buyers, LinkedIn for founders and commercial roles.

What is speed to lead and why does it matter?

It is the time between an inquiry arriving and a real human responding. Ten minutes converts at a completely different rate to the next morning, because the buyer is usually contacting several providers in one sitting.

Are bought lead lists worth it?

Rarely. A smaller list you built deliberately, with a genuine reason for contacting each name, outperforms a large purchased one and does far less damage to your sending reputation.

Do you book the meetings or send us lists?

Either, depending on what you want to own. Some clients want qualified conversations landing in a calendar, others want the engine built and documented so their own team runs it.

How many leads should we expect per month?

Any number given before seeing your market, price point and sales cycle is a guess dressed up as a commitment. Anyone quoting a figure in the first conversation is telling you something about how they operate.

How long before this produces anything?

Outbound can produce conversations within weeks because you control the volume. Inbound compounds and typically takes a quarter or more before it contributes meaningfully.

How many follow-ups is too many?

The right number is higher than it feels. The discomfort is nearly always the seller than the buyer, and the deciding factor is whether each touch carries something useful.

What should we offer to get a reply?

Something useful whether or not they ever buy. A short assessment, a benchmark against similar businesses, a teardown of something specific to them, a checklist they would use.

Should we qualify before booking a call?

Yes. Two or three questions between an inquiry and your calendar. Budget range, timeline, and who else is involved in the decision.

Pipeline thinner than it should be?

Bring your response time and your follow-up count. Twenty minutes and you will know whether you have a volume problem or a leak.
