Questions we get
How long does the whole thing take?
The state filing sets the pace. Some states approve an LLC the same day, some take weeks. The EIN is minutes once the LLC exists. Everything after that is days.
Writing what the business does is the slowest part, and nobody can do that for you from the outside.
Are you a law firm or a registered agent?
No. We are the person beside you while you file, so nothing gets missed and nothing gets filed twice. The LLC, the EIN and the bank account are in your name, opened by you.
If your situation needs a lawyer or an accountant, we say so early.
Can I keep the domain I already have?
Yes, and that is usually the right move. What matters is who it is registered to and where the renewal notice goes.
If it is registered to a developer or an old agency, moving it into your name is the first job.
Do I need a new website, or will the one I have do?
Often it will do. If it loads on a phone, says what you do, and somebody can edit it, the money is better spent on email, the lead path and payments.
