Evidence filed on time, in the form the processor reads. Most disputes are winnable.

What disputed payments are costing you

When a card payment is disputed, the money goes back first. We answer the winnable ones with the evidence banks read, inside the window, then fix the causes: unclear statement names, missing delivery proof, hidden refund routes.

Is it a fit?

Volume

More than a couple of card payments a month come back disputed.

Evidence

Order records, delivery proof and the accepted terms exist somewhere findable.

Owner

Nobody owns the notice today, or it lands somewhere nobody opens.

Start here. You get back what answering them by hand costs you over a year.

What you get

Evidence packs the bank reads

Order records, delivery proof, the terms the customer accepted and the message history, assembled in the form the card network asks for.

Nothing misses the window

Every dispute has a deadline counted in days. Ours are tracked and filed early, and none of them expire quietly in an inbox.

The pattern behind the losses

Most of these come from three or four causes. We find yours and fix the statement name, the delivery record or the refund path.

Fewer of them next quarter

Recovery is worth having. Prevention is worth more, and it is the half most businesses never get to.

Most of this money is lost on paperwork, not on the merits

A disputed payment is not a verdict. It is a claim, and the bank decides it on documents. The business that wins is the one that filed order records, delivery confirmation and the accepted terms inside a window that is often under two weeks. The business that loses usually had all three and never sent them, because nobody owned the task and the notice landed in a payment gateway dashboard nobody opens.

The second half matters more than the first. A statement name customers do not recognize causes disputes on perfectly good orders. A refund page that is hard to find sends people to their bank instead of to you. Fix those two and the volume drops before anything has to be argued at all.

Where the delivery record does not exist yet, backend and API development is what creates it. A refund route people cannot find is a design problem, which is where UI and UX design comes in.

Questions we get

What do you need from us to start?

Access to the payment gateway records, your order and delivery data, and your current terms. We work from those, and no customer notices anything.

How fast does this have to move?

Faster than most teams expect. The response window is usually one to two weeks from the notice and it does not pause for holidays, so we file early rather than close to the line.

Can you promise we win them?

No, and anybody promising that is selling. Banks decide these. What we control is that every winnable one is filed complete and on time, and that the causes get closed.

What about the ones that are real fraud?

Those are a different fight and worth having separately. Genuine fraud is better stopped with verification rules at checkout than argued about afterwards, and we set both up.

We sell through a marketplace, not our own checkout.

The process is similar and the deadlines are tighter. We work inside whatever the platform gives you and keep the record on your side of it.

Does this stop at recovery?

No. The point is fewer disputes next quarter. The causes get reported every month and closed one at a time.
