A website your own team can change
Your team changes the site in minutes, without a developer.
We set up or build the layer that lets your team edit the site: pages, posts, images, staff and service details, with the parts that should not move locked down. WordPress, a headless setup, or something built to fit, chosen by who has to use it.
Is it a fit?
Frequency
The site needs changing more often than once a month.
Queue
Those changes wait on one person who has other work to do.
Risk
You can name the parts nobody outside a developer should be able to move.
What you get
Edit what matters, lock the rest
Copy and images open to the team. Layout, structure and code closed, so nothing breaks by accident on a Friday.
Named fields, not a blank box
Fields for the things you change, so a page cannot end up half filled or off brand.
The platform your team can live with
WordPress where it fits, a headless setup where speed decides, something custom where neither does.
Training that takes an hour
A short walkthrough and a written note. If it needs a manual, it was built wrong.
A content system is a permissions question first
Most content systems fail in one of two directions. Either everything is locked, so every change needs a developer and the site goes stale. Or everything is open, so somebody pastes a heading in from a word processor and the page breaks on phones. Both end the same way: people stop updating the site, and it slowly stops being true.
The fix is deciding, field by field, what should be editable. A staff bio, yes. A page headline, yes. The grid the cards sit in, no. Once that is drawn the build is straightforward and the training takes an hour, because the person editing only sees the things they are allowed to change.
A headless setup needs something to read from, which is backend and API development.
Questions we get
Do we have to use WordPress?
No. It fits a lot of businesses and it is not the only answer. We choose on who is editing and how often, not on habit.
Can you add a content system to a site we already have?
Usually, without rebuilding it. We make the parts you change often editable and leave the rest alone.
Does a blog come with it?
Yes. Posts, categories, authors, images and the markup that makes them findable in search.
Will it stay secure?
Updates, backups and access control are part of the setup, and website maintenance covers them after handover.
Who owns it?
You do. Your hosting, your accounts, your logins, from the first day.
More in the guides and every answer in one place.
