Business solutions for construction companies
Construction margin is decided in documentation. AI and automation built for exactly this, tested on your own work first.
The cost in construction is almost never the build, it is the change order nobody logged and the subcontractor chased three times by three people. Capture variations when they happen so they stay billable, give every vendor relationship one owner, and get the owner off the critical path for approvals.
Where the money goes here
Variations logged
A change on site is recorded the day it happens, while it is billable.
One owner per vendor
Every subcontractor has one person who talks to them.
Approvals off your desk
Work does not stop while the owner signs something.
Start here. Quoting is one leak. You get back which of revenue, capacity or control is costing you most, and the first move.
Find the biggest leakWhat you get
Site reporting from the field
Daily reports, photos, and timestamps captured on a phone, offline-capable, filed automatically.
Variations and claims evidenced
Changes recorded when they happen, with the documentation that makes them payable.
Subcontractor coordination
Scope, insurance, compliance, and payment applications tracked per trade instead of per memory.
Procurement and vendor control
Contracts, renewals, and pricing under one owner with the numbers visible.
Why construction margin disappears in the office, not on site
Construction businesses tend to be excellent at the build and improvised at everything around it. The crew knows exactly what it is doing. The change order, the variation, the retention release and the final account are where the profit quietly goes.
The most common leak is the undocumented variation. Something changes on site, a foreman agrees it verbally because stopping work is expensive, and nobody writes it down while the memory is fresh. Three months later the client disputes it and there is no record, so the business absorbs the cost.
On state obligations, Illinois business filings and Texas business filings. Quoting slowly is usually a documentation problem before it is a software one: document it, or automate it, then hire an assistant, or automate the task, and what that task costs you.
What we build for construction businesses
We build field apps, job and cash dashboards, change order workflows, job costing, connected estimating and lead tracking for construction businesses.
The work is on site and the record is in the office, and the gap between them is where money goes. Everything below closes some part of that gap.
A field app for crews
Check in, day sheets, photos, forms and hours from a phone, and it still works where the signal does not.
App development →One screen for jobs and cash
Jobs, crews, variations and money owed on one page, so Monday morning takes minutes.
Admin dashboard development →Change orders that get logged
A variation captured when it happens, priced, approved and attached to the job, not remembered later.
Process automation →Job costing that reconciles
Labor, materials and subcontractors against each job, matched to the books rather than estimated.
Accounting and bookkeeping →Estimating, scheduling and accounts as one
A job entered once and current everywhere, instead of retyped into three systems.
Business systems integration →Inquiries that get followed up
Every inquiry, quote and follow up in one place, with the ones going cold visible.
CRM build and migration →Nothing here is a package. We start with the one that is costing you most, and the rest waits until it is worth doing.
Questions we get
We already use project management software. Why is it not helping?
Usually because it was configured for how the vendor imagined the work rather than how your crews operate, so people quietly keep using WhatsApp and paper instead.
How do we stop losing money on variations?
By capturing them at the moment they happen, on site, in under two minutes, with a photo and a signature if possible. Anything that requires returning to an office will not survive a busy week.
Can you work with our existing accounting system?
Yes, and replacing it is usually the wrong first move. Most construction businesses are using a fraction of what their current system can do, particularly around progress applications and retention tracking.
Do you work with subcontractor compliance?
Yes. Insurance, licenses, rates and scope go into one place with expiry dates, an owner and a reminder, instead of living across email and memory.
